Project Graduation 2011 Rules
1. Only Willard High School graduating seniors that pre-registered may attend. No visitors are allowed.
2. This is an alcohol, tobacco and drug-free event. Anyone under the influence or possession of alcohol, tobacco or drugs will not be admitted.
3. The expected behavior is the same as for any other school event. Any unacceptable behavior, as determined by the Chaperones, will result in the participant’s parents/guardian being called to come pick them up.
4. All bags/belongings will be inspected before loading buses at the high school.
5. All participants must ride the bus to and from the event. The Project Graduation Committee needs to be contacted if there are any special circumstances.
6. If an emergency arises, where a participant must leave early, they will only be released to a parent/guardian and they will not be allowed to reenter.
7. Please inform the Project Graduation committee of any special medical conditions.
8. Cell phones will be allowed. Project Graduation chaperones are not responsible for theft, damage or loss of items.
9. Each participant needs to make sure they have suitable transportation home from the high school after the event is over.
Times-May 20—After Graduation
As soon after graduation as possible-Seniors start having their bags checked at the high school and then load buses.
10:00pm-Buses leave from the high school for the Ozark Community Center
10:30-10:45pm-Buses arrive at the Ozark Community Center
10:45pm-4:30am-Have FUN at Project Graduation!!
4:30am-Buses leave the Ozark Community Center to go back to the high school.
5:00-5:15am-Buses arrive back at the high school
5:15am-Go home and sleep!
